Test stand on deciphering electronic cassettes ALS-MY

Test stand on deciphering electronic cassettes ALS-MY designed to read, entry in computer memory, reflection and printing information from a registrars tape which is installed in the cabs of rolling stock on the railway.

Test stand performs the following functions:

• read and safe information from a registrars tape (actual speed, signals of locomotive traffic lights, date and time, passed way, pressure in the brake pipeline, signals from the handle, type and number of  locomotive);

• record by operator information about the trip (route, machinists  and assistants surname, train number, weight of train and amount of bolt);

• reflection and printing information in tabular form, graphs and speed- counters  tape;

• storing information about the trip on the hard drive of  PC with possibility their viewing at any time.

Test stand includes:

• PC;

• Registrars adapter;

• Power supply of registrars adapter;

• Cable CENTRONICS;

• Test-stands software;

Minimum requirements for PC:

• processor with clock rate – not less than 1000 MHz;

• RAM – not less than 256 MByte;

• Hard drive – not less than 80 Gbytes;

• Connector LPT;

• Optical drive DVD-RW;

• Monitor – diagonal not less than 17 inches.

 Software of test stand works on PC with installed OS Windows 98 or Windows XP.

 While reading recorders cassette, operator must fill in the travel card, scilicet introduce information about trip. If it necessary, this information could be edits later.

If  necessary there’s a possibility to review an information about the trip for a specific period (mounth) and chose specific trip for analyse.
