Supervisory control system of machinist’s vigilance TSKBM
System Vigiton is developed by Russian company JSC Neurocom and produced by Scientific-production enterprise Transprylad in partnership with this company.
Installed on all types of locomotive and multiple units rolling stock of railway in different countries.
System TSKBM is designed for ensure trains traffic safety during work with various systems of traffic safety.
System ensure continuous control of machinist’s working capacity by parameters of electrical resistance of the skin. If parameters of electrical resistance of the skin are recognized as unable to work TSKBM verifies working capacity by breaking chains of supply voltage for electro-pneumatic valves EPK or transmits signals about necessity of verification. In case of not confirmed usable state occurs automatic train braking.
System TSKBM ensure previous light alarm by yellow indicator of rules light-emitting diode before requesting confirmation of working capacity, in other times indicator is extinguished. Pressing the upper handle RBS is counted as confirmation of working capacity, number of clicks are not limited.
Systems composition:
- Device TSKBM-N, is a telemetric sensor located on the machinist’s wrist. Device TSKBM-N is designed to obtain information about relative change of electrical resistance of the skin and its transfer by it’s radio channel in digital form on receiver TSKBM-P.
- Device TSKBM-P, signals receive of device TSKBM-N, is designed to reception and primary processing of information which is transfer by radio channel from TSKBM-N and it’s transfer to controller TSKBM-K, and light alarm about verification of machinist’s working capacity.
- Block TSKBM-I, indication block, is designed for previous light alarm and alarm of requesting confirmation of machinist’s working capacity.
- Block TSKBM-K, systems controller, is designed to reception processing information from receiver and handle vigilance, and for control chains of supply voltage for electro-pneumatic valves or issuing of signals for safety systems.
